Stress Management
We all have stress but too much stress can cause weight gain, heart disease and stroke along with a host of other complications. We need to find ways that help us decrease our stress.
Some examples could be:
- Going for a walk. It clears the mind, gives you fresh air and you get exercise as well. Don’t forget to stop and smell the roses.
- A well designed exercise program designed for your specific needs can help reduce stress.
- Eating a well balanced diet can help decrease stress.
- Deep breathing exercises has proven to reduce stress. An added benefit is you can do these anywhere, in your office, in your car, before sleeping at night or at anytime.
