Personal Training
Hiring a Personal Trainer can mean the difference of meeting your goals and sticking to your program or not.  A trainer does an assessment and then designs a professional exercise program to meet your goals and abilities, leaving no need to guess what exercises are appropriate.

In-home and In-office training
Training is done in the privacy of your own home or in your office. Personal Training packages begins with detailed consultation.  Your consultation information will be reviewed by a Personal Trainer, who will then customize a 4 week exercise program to meet your needs, goals, abilities and equipment (you may use your own or we may suggest some equipment).  The exercise program can be done one-on-one or in a small group in your home or office (2-3 people)

Online Training
Is well suited for a wide variety of individuals including corporate employees, frequent travelers and any one looking to add accountability, motivation or to up grade there existing exercise program. Our online Personal Training package begins with a detailed email consultation.  Your consultation information will be reviewed by a personal Trainer, who will then customize a 4 week exercise program to meet your needs, goals, abilities and equipment (use the equipment you already have and if you don't we may suggest some equipment).  Your will receive information emails and 4 check in emails, one per week.  You may also email your Personal Trainer at anytime for assistance, clarification or motivation.


Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching
Nutrition Coaching is not a diet plan.  It is about looking at small behavioral changes in the way you eat that can be implemented and that will incrementally add up to greater results over time.  Nutrition Coaching can be offered as an in-person consultation as with Personal Training  via email correspondence or telephone.  Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching can be added to the Personal Training sessions for a minimal fee.


Nutrition & Meal Planning
Busy families have special dietary and meal planning needs.  The busier we are meals usually suffer and we opt for take out or eat out.  Need help planning meals for the week to help organize time, nutrition and budget.  This maybe for you.


Learn-to Programs
This is a lecture format with demonstrations on specific target areas such as:

  • How to loose weight and keep it off
  • How to strength Train
